i picked "average". well i guess my chinese level is pretty decent considering the fact that i'm ABC (i learned chinese from chinese school here in new york when i was younger). i can speak, understand, and read traditional chinese pretty well, but i struggle with writing now since i hardly need to write anything in chinese lol. ooh i know both cantonese and mandarin.

lucky~! i'm total ABC.. i think it's because my parents don't really speak to me in cantonese enough, or i respond in english/malay and it doesn't matter because they know it as well. and then they don't know much of reading or writing chinese either because they went to english schools in m'sia... ayo i am at such a disadvantage i should go teach myself or something lol ur parents exactly same as mine...went to english schs in m'sia. hehe my parents speak to me in a mix of hokkien/chinese/english...but i always answer back in english. lol people find that weird
