To celebrate the Chinese New Year, the Brunei Amateur Basketball Association of BSB held a Chinese New Year dinner at the Indoor Court, Jln Batu Bersurat on Tuesday evening. Also present at the dinner was Mr Goh Kim Tian, president of the Brunei Amateur Basketball Association and other members. Upon arrival, guests were greeted by Mr Lim Kah Hoo, chairperson of the organising committee. Apart from a lion dance performed by the Lion Dance Troupe of Chung Hwa Middle School, BSB, the audience were also entertained by a variety of song performances by members of the association. To the delight of the crowd, Wu Chun, a local singer who has made it big in Taiwan and a member of the famous Fahrenheit group, also made a special appearance at the event. The event ended with a prize presentation for a lucky draw.
