change your encoding to chinese simplified then it should work.
Basically, it states that there is an event for the stated website, which is jointly brought to us by Comic and HIM.
The event which is on 6th April, 2pm to 4pm is the launch of the website and fan club. If you apply for the international fan club on the spot (Application time is 10am to 1pm), you will get a membership card and a gift.
you can also apply online for the fan club and gain entry to the event, however, the online application must be done before 4th April, 4pm. (there are other terms and conditions applied).

I think the best way (if you're in taiwan) is to go and apply for the membership on the day itself...

The membership card and gift are for those who apply for the membership of the fan club on the day of the event (at the stipulated time).

As in, you have to be at the event and do your application there on the spot, to get the membership card, the gift and get to attend the event. Thus meaning, you have to be in taiwan, to get the gift. As for the membership card, i'm not sure, if applying online, will get you the membership card or not....

well is there a point in applying for membership since i'm not even in taiwan. and like it feels weird if i have to enter my passport number. what's that used for? and they spelled arron's name wrong too.
