i'm also not very sure...but i really hope they'll come! and they have a high possiblity that they'll win Best Newcomer Award! Anyway, the title "Singapore" is spelt wrongly ..><

not too sure whether they'll come.. heard from the radio that they got broadcast that they are in for the first round with other artists.. got broadcast their songs and the name.. hope they're in..
