hmm...well i dont drink milk a lot...i think i should...cos of osteoporosis...cos its common in females..wel older ones...so i should attemot to drink more milk...it might b too late to grow...but its good for my bones and teeth...so y not try
well at least u guys are ave..im like the short one in my gp...and amongst some...its quite diff...wen i saw the diff i was realli surprised to see how short i was against themm

among my friends i'm average... i have a friend who's shorter than me. i'm like around 156cm, i dunno if i grew up during the summer hehe
it's great that milk works for some of you!! but it doesn't work on everyone lol

wow whos de 175cm peep? sho tall drinking milk doesn't help it only strengthen your bones that's all.. shld do exercise like skipping or jumping

actually its been proven that doing excersice doesnt directly help you grow taller. more from genetics.
funkindagirl: osteoporosis is wen the density in ur bone is not enough. that way ur bones r more weak and fragile and more easily broken

haha... i dont think we young girls can get osteoporosis so easily... and actually we shouldnt shrink also... i dunno why i shrunk suddenly...

whoa!!! dislocated... haha... that hurts!!! Once i was on duty during sports day and some one fell down and dislocated her arm... i didnt know what to do and she cried so painfully and made me even more nervous

i gort this friend who has osteoporosis and also has low blood pressure.. she ish like sho weak she cannot do anything.. and i heard from her that like when you fall down your bones would break and would have to go for x-rays

ooo, mine was never that bad...so i guess milk can help cure that..cos makes ur bones stronger probably why i dnt have it anymore
