whoa so many people involved in this section of the forum! for me nothing goes past lots of exercise and a good nutritional diet. oh and lots of sleep. i usually have double eyelids but when i don't get enough sleep, one of my eyes gets triple eyelid. (is there such thing?) ~_~ hmm... alison1410 are your blackheads in the T-region? if so there are these strips that you paste onto your forehead and nose. you let it overnight and then peel it off in the morning. i've never used them but my friend has. she said it hurts like waxing (whatever that feels like)but it's worth it. she's a hardcore vegan and super exercise junkie and she has tonnes of blackheads. so your problem skin really isn't problem skin. and about your panda eyes i think there's this special cream that you can put over your eyelids so it relaxes the skin. i know someone who has it. it's kinda expensive but it works. well...that's about it. i'll just start give random advice. sunscreen is your friend. i know so many people who have gotten cancer after going into solariums or sunbathing too long. don't risk your life for a tan. seriously, fake tans can be cheap and work as really good tans. (not those dodgy orange ones). jessica simpson endorses it. (don't underestimate her becasue she's blonde. she knows that fake tans are good). and there are these things that clear all the dead skin away from your face and body which are really useful before using before you tan. a bit of a vegetable oil rub over your gives your skin a nice glossy bronze shine. (and everyone knows to wash their hands immediately for no orange palms). (sorry if i'm just wasting space stating the obvious). and i'm really careful with hair conditioner because i have sensitive skin. they ruin my hair follicles. for people with normal skin, it just makes their roots seem kinda flat. am i right? and do egg whites (not the shells, the actual whites) work as moisturisers?

hi! i heard egg white masks make the skin smoother and softer. put tea bags on your eyes to relieve puffiness. exfoliate once or twice a week to remove dead skin. you can use sugar plus a few drops of oil for exfoliating. do put lotion or moisturizer right after your bath. (right after yourself off) it will lock in the moisture well. drink plenty of water. exercise keeps the blood flowing well. if you can go without make up do so-the natural look is better than piling mounds of make up on your face. never sleep without removing your make up. don't smoke it's really bad for the skin. limit your caffeine intake-coke contains caffeine so limit your intake. do wear shades when your out in a sunny day to avoid squinting(squinting creates lines on the sides of your eyes known as crows feet) SMILE alot. it takes more muscles to frown(frowning creates lines on your face and you wouldn't want that) than to smile
