What pisses of a lot of fans is they didn't say the word 'SORRY'
Some fans on the HIM forum are still asking for a 'real' explanation.

yea. actually, what I'm really pissed off is why they used Arron as a dang jian pai. even Arron said so himself. I've posted a video at the Multimedia thread regarding Arron scolding H.I.M. its really unfair =(((((((

Relax and chilled guys. I can totally understand. But can your just spare a few minutes to think about the stand on behalf of HIM people? I know it sounds crazy but neither do they think that they expected this kind of things to happen it. They had no intention at all. They are at the end of their midst. They had no choice but to resort the very very very last move. They did not mean any harm. Since things had already happen, just let it go. No point dwelling at it de. We can only hope that HIM can reflect what happen on the day and also will not let it happen again in future le.  For those who are schooling, please don't let this incident affect your studies as exam are around the corner soon. Just concentrate on your studies and don't dwell over it anymore. Good luck and all the best for your exams.  |

After reading HIM's explanation, I think they might as well not explain at all. Seems to make the fans even angrier. Worse still, they never said a word of apology in the letter... I'm lost on the using the tags to cut queue part. Duplicate the tags??? How??? Each tag has a HIM special chop on it and is laminated. Besides, the tags were only given to those who were queuing inside the plaza (unless I have mistaken?). Even if someone cut queue after returning from the toilet, there was no place for the extra person to sit cos the plaza was already very packed. Really dun understand...  As for those who are still angry and upset, cheer up. What has happened cannot be undone. Time will heal all wounds Let's just pray that nothing like this will happen again  |

i think if HIM were to juz have a form of apology in the letter,it'll make fans feel better..but no apology is like wad the lahs...
i oso very unhappy on HIM using aaron as an excuse..its like cant they formed their own reasons n nt using fahrenheit?

sometimes its not the company but rather the people working in the company. it could be that the people working in HIM (SG) didnt make the proper arrangement and didnt expect the situation to be that messy and get so out of hand. i'm sure the HIM didnt know that (the person who said that the autograph session had to be stopped because yalun wasnt feeling well), was going to say that kind of thing. because if you see the autograph sessions held in taiwan, doesnt have so much problem like this one in singapore.
i'm not saying that HIM (SG) did nothing wrong, Indeed, HIM (SG) didnt do a good job this time round, but i'm sure they didnt want it to happen as well... but you cannot put all the blame on them, because there were lots of fans who did not go by the rules during the day of the autograph session, these fans cut the queue (by cutting into the queue even though HIM had already stopped people from queuing) and other fans duplicated/copied the tags that HIM gave out (to fans that were already in the queue), just so that they can be in the queue, thats why frh couldnt finish signing.
Yes, HIM (SG) is to blame for using yalun as an excuse to end the autograph session and that is wrong, but the real reason as to frh couldnt finish signing was because fans didnt go by the rules, so do we also blame HIM(SG) for the actions that those unruly fans did?? would you like it if you got blamed for something you didnt do?
maybe we should just focus on the good points, i mean, HIM didnt have to arrange for frh to come to singapore for this autograph sessions, there are fans in other countries that wish for frh to have a autograph session in their country but till now, they havent had the chance yet.
I'm sure HIM (SG) has learnt from this autograph session and will improve and things will be better next time.
