hahah... my mom doesnt look very young but still younger than her actual age... cos she uses a lot of anti-aging creams... haha.. she asked me to use also...

LOL. i dont even know what my mum use. cause i used to have a lot of pimples last time then i see doctor. until now although not many pimples im still seeing the doc. so yeah.

30 isnt old...i dont consider it old anyway...once u reach ur mid 30's now thats old
and to how to keep lookin young?i guess make sure u moisturise daily and get enuf sleepp and not to sleep to late and drinks lots of water and not to expose ur skin to the sun too much
with the buddhist religion..if u promise to not do it again and u are able to u will b forgiven...its making sure u dont do it again is the hard part

i think as soon as u hit the big 30 ul feel quite old. grey hairs run in my family...it appears about mid 40s...not looking forward to that
