usually it does come out on dvd when they do have a concert, but normally it would take a month or two before it actually gets released - only because sometimes artists tend to have a few shows in taiwan first and then do a "world tour" (around asia and sometimes including north america) so they will be performing the same thing they did from their original concert.

i guess its like a marketing strategy where they want others to actually go to their concerts first before seeing the same performances on DVD.
