My complaints for the autograph session at IMM: 1. Why didn't they choose a bigger space to hold the a.s? The moment I heard the venue was at IMM, I had a bad feeling. The place is super small, have so many "blind" corners (blocked by the shops). There are only very limited areas which the fans are able to see the stage. 2. Why didn't HIM or IMM management tell us that the a.s would end at 10pm? My friends and I actually reached there at 1pm but because the queue was already at the very far back (couldn't see the stage at all), we went to level 2. We decided to see them perform 1st. We queued immediately after that. After 3.5hrs of queueing, just when we finally entered the building, we were told the a.s was over. We were so shocked. 3. Why didn't HIM set limits to the no. of albums each person can sign? Since there are 3 versions, they should only allow maximum 3 albums everyone could sign. From what I know, some people signed 10+ albums at one time. 4. Why didn't HIM send someone outside to check the no. of people queueing? When the a.s ended, think there were at least 200 people in front of us, 300+ people at the back. They should have sent someone at 8pm to check the queue and estimate whether before 10pm they could finish signing all the albums. If cannot, then they should have told us to stop queueing and go back first. We waited so long and had waited in vain. And I really felt sorry for the people who had queued inside the rubbish collection area. It was so smelly there. I nearly vomitted when I went inside (me and my friends quickly ran out). 4. How could HIM not know lots of people were going to the a.s? Don't they know the no. of albums they had sold? To me, they only cared about the money they can earn from us and don't care at all if we all could get the autographs. "Seduced" us in buying the albums, but we ended up getting nothing. Like a chinese saying: pei le fu ren you zhe ping. 5. I agree that the security guards were rude and idiotic. How could they let people cut queue??! I think I would probably have the chance to go up the stage if people didn't cut queue (I estimated we were only about 1hr's queue away then would be our turn). Please note that the above comments are not targeted at FRH. I still love them. Can see that FRH were very apologetic that they couldn't sigh all the albums. It was HIM and IMM that I'm mad at. After waiting for 9hrs, spent $45 on the albums, $5 on travel fare, all I get at the end of the day is anger, disappointment, sadness, aches all over my body. HIM did a VERY BAD job on this a.s. It's not like HIM is holding a.s for the 1st time, they should have experience in this kind of thing. If anyone's wondering, yah I'm very pissed off. Till now, I'm still very upset about the whole thing. I'm just venting my frustrations. As for some fans hurling abuse at FRH, I agree it was not sensible of them. It wasn't FRH's fault after all. But I think their reactions are considered quite "civilised" (I'm not saying hurling abuse is a good thing). If this happened in other countries, fans there probably would have torn down the building or threw things or attack people or whatever.... For point 1, HIM and IMM themselves didn't expect such a big crowd thus e venue. If im not wrong e venue was booked a long time ago. For point 3, once again HIM did not expect such a huge crowd so they did not set limit to no. of albums. Instead they set the limit that one person can go on stage only once. In the middle of the auto, one person can only sign one version each. Towards the end, one person can only sign one. For point 4, maybe sometimes the no. of albums sold doesn't coresspond to the no. of people appearing? Just my guess.. For point 5, the grp of security is totally unreasonable de. People in the front offered to help them manage e queue early in e morning in a more orderly manner, they threaten to throw these people out of the queue!

i think i agree with PEANUTS that they did not expect a big crowd. BUT it is not possible to keep count of how manny people there would be at the a.s. The amount of albums sold is NOT proportional to the amount of people who turned up. The amount of people who turned up could have bought more than 1 copies, thus delaying the session. To me, it is neither the manager, nor FRH's fault. another thing- if they told u at 8pm to go home, would u have gone home? and if u went home.. would u regret? what if they COULD sign another 100 people more?! would the 100 who went home be crying more bitterly? Some friends helped their friends get autographs, thus explaining the 10 over albums per head. If they have a restriction, there will only be an increase in the number of people queueing. Think- people who cannot ask their friends to get the autograph will turn up in the queue THEMSELVES. If there should be a disatisfaction, it should be against the size of Singapore, and her inability to have a few suitable location to hold sessions like these.

the autograph session is over. so sad, i miss fahrenheit. i queue for like 8hours before i got on the stage. everyone was like cutting queue it was likw really unfair for those who have queue for like so long. and my friend was like shouting ( not really shouting) to two woman that cut queue. and they were like acting blur. pretend not to hear it. next time fahrenheit come maybe can hold it some where bogger then IMM. actually can hold it at the padang like 5566. it'll be like the same for 5566. cause they have lots of fans!

Oh, is it? Sorry, didn't know that. We dashed out to queue right after they finished singing the last song. We were outside from 6.30pm-10pm. We totally had no idea what was going on inside. I can tell you that all the people outside actually thought they would finish signing all the albums so that was why we kept on queueing. Now to think of it, we were naive.
If they had told us at 8pm or even 9pm to go home, there were at least 3 choices we could have made:
1. be stubborn, continued to stay, trying out our luck 2. resigned to fate, decided to leave the queue and go for dinner with friends 3. resigned to fate, decided to leave the queue, went home early to rest
I would have made the 2nd choice 'cause I was starving. My friend would have made the 3rd choice 'cause she had to wake up at 7+am the next day. It was no fun standing inside the stuffy and smoky carpark, carrying heavy bags, legs screaming for rest, stomach growling for food. If they had announced the a.s would end at 10pm, I wouldn't have heard someone shouting at her poor friend, "See lah! I just now told you to stop queueing and go home but you wouldn't listen. Now they had stopped signing. Queue so long dunno for what..." Did you go for the event at Tampines Mall? If no, do you know they announced the a.s would end at 9.30pm before it started? I guess that they realised it was a mistake not telling the fans on sun what time the a.s would end.
I think even there is an increase in the number of people queueing, it will only be a slight increase. Those people who passed their albums to their friends - either they didn't want to go (didn't want to squeeze with other people, or don't have patience to queue, or too far from their house) or couldn't go at all (had to work, or parents didn't allow, or had to do homework). That's why they asked their friends to help them get autographs.
If HIM didn't issue 3 different versions of the albums and promise to sign all of them, the queue would have moven at a faster pace. Then all of us would have the chance to get our albums signed. Hope next time FRH has new album, won't have so many different versions lor...
p.s: It's all over now. No point harping on it so I'm not sad anymore. I've gotten over it.

Padang is super hot!! scary.... J8 is ok....even though u cant go up on the open plaza but the queue moves fast and u're shielded from the heat downstairs anyway...
but i agree with one thing. they should have told the fans it would end at 10pm...but then again...its most likely that most session end around 10 to 10plus slightly over hehex....

Hah... basically, HIM should have stated the rules in the whole procedure ba... Sorry... not too sure if its HIM or the organisation who sets such rules, but i guess they should allow only one disc to be signed? Plus maybe just handshaking only ba. Look at how Hana kimi managed to be successful? I think this is really alesson learnt... lols. And i believe the next time would be better. Hah,.

If next time hold at Padang, like 5traw6earrie said, better have a big tent set up to shield us from rain and sun. Otherwise we will end up like 'luo tang chicken' or sun-burned like charcoal. The place is big enough but not good enough. What about Vivocity? Is the place big enough? Only went there twice so not very familiar... Marina Square (the central atrium there) also not bad... And also, next time they should hire more staff (better HIM own staff not security guards) to guard the place. Those guards acted like we owed them money... very bad attitude How come people can take pics on the stage?!! Argh! Got someone hugged Dong?!!! I'm so jealous....
