i'm juz giving suggestion base on my experience.. ^^;;
u can held it at Izzi Restaurant which situated at Bukit Bintang area...opposite the McDonald, Bukit Bintang there.. =)
I used to organize party / anniversary for tvxq fc at there =) there is the best place..contact person in charge and u discuss with them..
maybe the fee will be like RM25/person..as theirs is buffet style..they hv pizza all those and room on ur own =) juz giving my suggestion...
like this everyone can come and have party =)

 all is good suggests! here is my, or can gathering by states, each states members meet at a place then use laptop viewcam. so we can sing b'day song together and see each other lo by the way, that day also is valentineday o. not cheap to buy a cake and meet outside. furthermore, some will got date gua ^^
