now there are three state have quite many ppl...they are Penang,KL,Johor...
i think if other state have quite many ppl we will nit leader also..
or if any state wan a leader they can decide here...

cuz I really dun think will be many members frm Kelantan,Terrenganu rite?

I think Sarawak n Sabah will haf a same leader..is juz tat we duno who'll be d leader..

qiaowen: penang leader is laine..u can go the contact there find her num..then u can contact her..^^
summeryiing:u can meet up the leader to pay for the fees or u wan to use wangpos oso can..if u can come take the stuff from the leader then is RM 40..if need us send to ur house then need RM45..
don 4get to send us the form too~
the form u need to print it out..
