Ya lor..have to sacrifise alot..cant eat too much oily stuff and exercise everyday. Argh! So easy to gain weight but so hard to lose weight! Lols.

yea... really envy ppl like angela chang.. eat really a lot but still so thin... D=
i exercise quite a lot then still so fat... =.=
ok, actually i dun exercise really alot.. but i have training even during holidays.. and actually i don't eat alot... but still fat.. -.-

I am 155cm but 47kg..My god!Time to go on diet..XD..Well i think swimming will be a better exercise because it can help to slim down and at the same time will lighten the pain of muscle cramps..

i'm 50-51 kg i think.. haha.. but my waist line is 24-25 cm .. haha! i think i'm not fat at all.. its my bones who are heavy.. haha.. *healthy*^^ hehe

i'm 171 cm & 50-55 kg so its considered a "healthy weight", but i tink i m very fat! lolz
1 2 diet oso cannot coz i luv food! XP

I think I'm little bit fat, my weight is 45. and now I try to loss my weight by exercise everyday  . I really can't stand if I loss my food or you know do diet!  wish me can loss my weight, ok? |

i used to be sorta on the skinny side but then i started stocking up over the summer.  i now weigh about 46. is that fat? iono i'm still twelve and 167 cm. i try to lose weight, i really do but eventually, i get lazy and stop running or doing whatever i was doing. wish me luck! |
