For me i voted six as i think middle is best.6 Packs should be gd enough for guys.Because too many too scary and too little not nice! Agree?

Oh ok....Haha....True is hard to get too.My friend went to gym and even said he wanted eight in three months.Sure not easy one.

yes its not easy to get within 3months but still is possible unless yr personal trainer is wu zun! hahas! yea lor.. not just going to gym alone but still must have enough other exercise like swimming and of course a healthy and balance diet and maybe enough sleep? less stress? hahas!
